K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	petition submitted for K1 but want to get married earlier in Hungary	Welcome to the forum.   Agree with Penguin.   To participate in the K1 Fiancé(e) visa program you have to get married to your US citizen petitioner within 90 days of your arrival in the US. If you do  get married in Hungary, you are will not eligible for a Fiancé(e) visa, and should pursue a CR1 Spouse visa instead. It will cause big problems at the US embassy in Hungary.  Many people have the wedding in the US, then have a wedding celebration in their home country afterwards, after they have started the Adjustment of Status (AOS) process and have obtained their Advanced Parole (AP) document. The AP document allows for international travel while the AOS is being adjudicated.  There are numerous forum threads discussing this very often asked scenario.   Good luck on your immigration journey. I'm licensed in Maryland to work and have plenty of experience from the States so finding work won't be a problem... but still can take a month since i'm picky with my job.    Well, yes, then you do know that the devil is in the details. It certainly does pay to be picky when it comes to pharmacy practice sites. Good thing you kept your Maryland license current. Having a child together will have little bearing on the K1 visa process either. If it did, there would be a lot more pregnant fiancées going for K1 visas. Upon checking on my WAC# at the USCIS web site, it indicates that the petition is on initial review as of september 9. 2014. My question is how long usually it takes to received the NOA1 and NOA2? Check the K1 progress forum and VJ statistics for current time frames. And my when my fiancé filed the petition he have not yet send the I-130. Is the USCIS will request for it before I received my NOA2? The I-130 is not used for K1 visa process, Or it will be during my interview? Please reply..
