K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	k-1/k-2 visa	hello. need some piece of advice from you guys. i was admitted in the US as k-1 and right now, done the marriage and AOS as well. a sudden change of plan. i will go back to Philippines to get my son. i did  not bring my  son here anyway because our plan before is me and my husband should wait that my son is  a bit matured that he can take care of himself like eating, changing clothes and taking a bath by himself because my son is still 5 years old and i will go to school,so, i can't eye on him always and i don't want to bother my husband too because he have a lot of things to take care of. But as time flies so fast, i can't stop   missing my son everyday, that's why, i wil  lgo back and get him and i will just be  having home school so that i can do both, eye on him and studies too. HERE'S MY QUESTION:(S) 1.) does my son still need passport also even if he is still 5 years old? Yes. 2.) does my son have visa interview and i will set an  appointment on that too? Likely, check with US embassy. 3.) does my son need cfo seminar? Check at Phil. Regional Forum. 4.) do i still need to pay visa fee for my son or he was already part of my visa fee before? Provided that their case is pretty straight-forward with no complications, or confounding factors. The key to this site is to read, yes, read, the guides and the threads in the respective forums.   The place to start is to located in the  Guides section, conveniently located at the top of the forum page. In particular, look at the K1 Flowchart, and the step-by-step K1 visa guide. Spend some time getting acquainted with all of the great info that is readily available in the Guides.  That is a good place to start becoming acquainted with the terms, forms, lingo of the immigration process. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	RFE questions (merged)	hi guys  finally after 11 months stuck in background checks on my fiance petition we  just got a RFE letter stating:   FORM G-325A: submit a properly completed and signed form G-325A for  the petitioner,  _my name _____ and for the beneficiary _____my fiance__name______.   this form can be obtained online by visiting:http/www.uscis.gov/files/form/g-325a.pdf   Note: you had submitted form G-325'S, instead of the required G-325A'S.     does this mean the my petition is approved when i send the correct form?  anyone in the same situation ? What hppen next ?            It means that your petition will continue to be processed as soon as you provide them with properly signed and completed Forms G-325A for the petitioner and beneficiary. I had two jobs last year, so my employment part on the 325a does show that I had both at the same time. I just quit the main job (to look for better employment in my field) and am only working the second job.
