K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Sponsor ?? please advise	you will have to let your mother fill-up the I-864A as the joint sponsor. even though you don't have a job yet, don't worry your fiance will be approved. did you marry when you were students? and still young? uscis has special treatments for those types. I also graduated this may 2008 and just came back to U.S. this july and found a part-time job and a full-time job..but I lost the full-time job this january, I still have the part-time job. though..don't worry, as long as you have joint sponsor, it will be fine...If your mother makes more than the poverty line, it is okey..if not then you should look for a second joint sponsor to add to your mother.. Please pray from here on!!! I am afraid of what i have been reading about the credit card dissmissle thing. I have had some judgements against me during my school years. She told me that our case has arrived at Islamabad embassy and they have already posted our packet 3. Suddenly, I am falling behind schedule. We are not ready with our paper work. These were from NVC, simply notifying that they have recieved my case and will forward it to islamabad in a week. I hope all is well with the rest of you. Those who haven't recieved your NOA2's yet. Bass was going to come out to spend the month in California pending NOA2 and the consulate interview, but now it looks like the interview will happen waaaay before April. NOA2 came as a real surprise, we weren't even expecting it for another 2-3 weeks in the best case. Our NOA1 was on October 20th, 2008, so it took just 102 days... We had an RFE on January 16th, our reply got there on the 28th/29th, so it must have convinced them! We're both way happy right now, just totally relieved! To everyone still waiting, just hang in there, the feeling I have right now is totally amazing and worth the wait! CONGRATS on your APPROVAL! Stephen's case was APPROVED on January 30, 09 also. I wonder if I'll be allowed inside the U.S. Embassy (in Nigeria) on the day of his interview (I was travelling there anyway), I didn't expect this to happen so soon.
