Then she asked me to show her the "bakuna scar" ung nasa balikat, then i showed it to her. then she also asked me on what are the vaccs i had when i was a kid that i can still remember. i told her that i had anti-polio when i was in the 3rd grade and that anti-polio comes into sour candy like. If you haven't had chicken pox or u had it BUT u can't show them a scar then they will give you anti-chicken pox vacc. then in regards naman dun sa HPV, "i think" it depends dun sa age ng patient if pwede sa kanila ang HPV vaccine. Depende talaga un sa patient kung ilan na ang nareceive nya na shot nung bata pa or kung nagkabulutong na. yea i had chicken pox when i was a kid and got a scar.. kaya lng wala ako scar ng bakuna pero may shot ako nun, and anti-tetanus lng natatandaan ko.. ahh ganun ba hehe ., sencya i dont know the possible shots that might be given to you kc doctor lang makakaalam nun . actually there is nothing to worry naman during immunization eh kasi alam naman nila on what's the right vaccine to be given sa mga patients Edited by o0pink0o, 26 August 2008 - 04:03 AM.	o0pink0o	Female	Philippines	2008-08-26 04:02:00

Its just a piece of card you can ask from the DR who administered your vaccines (surely its free). That way. its easier to keep track any additional dose needed. Immunization record/worksheet and x ray film are supposedly given out to applicants after successfully completing the medical at SLEC, you can check it for the schedule and for the other age appropriate vaccines na kailangan nu pa.
