How long did it take again for you to get an approval after you heard you were in adjudication??? I got the e-mail early Monday morning. the VSC was replying to an email from my congressional officer from Sunday afternoon. So far as I know, it was fresh information..... How long do you think it takes to get through a box of petitions at the VSC????

My K-3 is July 29th
they are processing cases WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY beyond those dates.
Adjudication or not.... they dropped the ball with my petitions. I think my petitions are still holding up someone's desk.

On the top of this VJ site there is a link for "IMMIGRATION TIMELINES" click on there and it will bring up stats but remember it is only based on the info on VJ. there are thousands upon thousands of other petitions at the VSC. You can kind of base your estimated approval time on the stats but it isn't written in stone.
Waiting is what we do best thse dayz !!

You have to keep bugging them. They probably won't call you back right away. They don't feel the urgency. They usually e-mail the VSC. You never know if they received a reply. Maybe they didn't check their inbox. Be a thorn in their side. Make your name known. They have to reply to you. Its their job.

I wear Tuchos Shirts to bed. When I was with him in Costa Rica and he was working nights I would wear his shirts he had hanging in the closet because they smelled like him. I would sleep with his pillows. God I am pathetic.

I lost my court case. who would have thought if you lose your job, you don't have to pay one dime for child support.... its amazing how this effin' system works. No money to pay support but he shows up with an attorney. #######???? One day Karma is going to smack him in the effin face and he won't know what hit him. 02/23: hubby called USCIS to figure out ####### happened to the request.
Agent: Advised that the agent who submitted the request made a mistake.
-Hubby asked to be transferred to Supervisor
Supervisor: Acknowledged the error on USCIS part and said she would resubmit request.

GUESS WHAT??!! - The system wouldn't let her...as we were just denied. NOW we have to freaking wait 60 days.


Don't know how I missed this...

When I called to put in a service request the other day, the rep told me since I asked for an inquiry in the past 60 days, I had to wait 61 days to put in another request. I hung up on her and called right back and the new rep had no problem putting in a request for my I129F that isnt' even out of the time frame yet. So it all depends on who you talk to. Call back until you get the answer you want. Don't admit to calling previously. Just tell them you want a service request. But they did tell me that if you filed the 130 and the K-3, the K-3 date becomes your priority date. I don't know how true that is but that is what they told me.

So sorry to hear that they are jerking you around. I certainly would not take "wait 60 days" as an answer. Have the hubby call his congressman and step in for a reasonable answer.
