IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	DS-260 Questions	Question: While my CR1 US visa (spouse visa) is being process, can i travel to other countries such as the Philippines?  i lived in the UK and currently a British citizen.  I dont know if there are any restrictions.  I know that i cant travel to the US while my petition is being process.  please advise   Yes to other countries and it is also permissible to travel to the US during the process.  However, there is no guarantee you would be admitted to the US by CBP. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	I-134 vs I-864 Affidivate of Support	The I-864 is a legally binding contract, the I-134 is not.   When referencing an immigrant visa and when dealing with the NVC, AOS is for Affidavit of Support, not Adjustment of Status.  Furthermore, if you are sending documents to the NVC, then there is no K3 in the future and the I-134 is a form that will not be used. Section B, Q7:  they way it is currently written is fine. Section B&C, Q10:  None is an appropriate response for this. Section B&C, Q11:  your response is fine Section D, Q1:  your response is fine N/A fine for the items you indicated N/A on.
