I called NVC awhile ago and i asked if i have my intervew date - the operator said that she cannot give the exact date since its the USEM who will assign the interview date. She also said that May was already full of interviews... However, we are still waiting for the Affidavit of Support form. Please submit the Affidavit of Support form according to the instructions on the Department of State website at the following address: www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov. After 10 hours, i called again to try if the status in AVR are still the same.... What i heard is: YOUR CASE WAS COMPLETED ON APRIL 30, 2009! We're praying that our case will be complete before the month of April and GOD answered our prayers. We praise you Lord Jesus - you are our shield and guidance. I love you Lord!!!! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Who is approved in MARCH 2009	The NVC has reviewed your packet of forms and found information missing or incomplete on your financial information according to the AVR..... I called 5 operators today.... The 4 operators said to wait until we received the checklists, they cannot tell what is the RFE (GRR!)... But the 5th operator said - they received the DS230 and AOS but they're still reviewing it. She said everything is fine................ I told her that we submitted first the DS230 then after 5 days we submitted the AOS documents. She said, maybe thats why you receive that kind of letter because of that.... NVC mailed a checklist letter on April 24, 2009 for correction..." The DS-230 packet got there on April 23, so I'm really hoping this would be a false RFE. It just doesn't make sense as I just talked to an operator yesterday and she said everything was fine that the AOS packet was reviewed on April 17, and the review for DS-230 has started as well. Anyway, instead of waiting for the letter in the email, I will call NVC first thing on Monday to figure this out. I really hope it's a false RFE. But if it was a real one, the only thing that I could think of that was missing on my AOS package was the 2008 tax transcript. I only submitted the 1040, W-2, and 1099, but provided transcripts for 2007, 2006, 2005. I already requested for the 2008 transcript and mailed it last Monday. Hopefully, if it was indeed about the 2008 transcript, I should be able to submit it in the next couple of weeks. Accdg to AVR - we have a missing document in our AOS documents... Sigh.. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Who is approved in MARCH 2009	I called the NVC to clarify since im really wondering if we need to put the 2 kids of my husband which he didnt claim in his tax. The reason why we have a co sponsor is because of his 2 kids which his income didnt meet the requirements.. I asked the operator if we really need to put the 2 kids in the 1864 form but she said, Let me read the Instruction here, just for a moment... while waiting for a few seconds, she told me - you can exclude the 2 kids of your husband since he didnt claim them in his tax.. Meaning, we dont need a co sponsor since i should be the only one that he needs to support... I said, oh my GOD we already submitted the AOS documents last night. What should we need to do now? We have to edit it and remove his 2 kids in the form 1864.. She said, you can send a new form with written explanation that you did some mistake... I told my husband about it and i ask him if he can call the NVC again for a second opinion just to make sure that all the operators are the same with their words.... My husband called the NVC and the same answer he received.... SIGH!!! Now, will it be an issue with the Embassy if we will send a modified and edited 1864 form again? Coz honestly, im not sure if my husband and my co sponsor is enough for them to support me. My husband earned only $22,000 and his dad is like $35,000 for this year 2009.. Is this enough? My co sponsor's information income is not tally or balance from his tax transcripts to his W2 and 1040.. Where is the best information that we can put in the 1864 form? Kindly check it and see if the order is in the right condition and if there is anything else we need then please give us a shout out and let us know please. We would totally appreciated it. Here it is: * Document Cover Sheet with barcode * Our personal cover page showing the order of the AOS Package * Completed and signed 1864 * Petitioners letter of employment * petitions photocopied paystubs from 11/06/08 to 4/02/09 * basically more printouts like paystubs that I had my payroll manager at work print out for me ( I don't know if I should all this for neatness or if I really even need to send it) * petitioners 2006 W2 and 1040 * petitioners 2007 W2 and 1040 * petitioners 2008 W2 and 1040 * I864A completed and signed * joint sponsors employment letter * joint sponsors 2006 W2 and 1040 * joint sponsors 2007 W2 and 1040 * joint sponsors 2008 W2 and 1040 And that is it! He filed jointly with my mother as married on their taxes. Are they going to request for RFE for my mother to fill up any forms since her name is on the tax info? My dad is the sponsor for me to get my wife here. I just don't want to have any delays. Is it ok just to send my dad's tax return info and his W2's or do they also want his tax transcripts as well? Also, will from Nov-the end of March paystubs be enough for the paystub in the the AOS package?
