That is what i put , the original RFE trick is something else....as much as i wish i had an inside track o finding out when my NOA2 is coming , i am not taking chances in getting in trouble with the govt and putting my case in risk...i have waited way to long for that!!!!!

I wish this would have been a shortcut that i felt comfortable with...im a little cautious when it comes to playing around with government things...this might actually hurt my case if they find out...

I have not heard about the trick....any clues as to what it is ...one trick i heard is to call VCS and pretend to be asking about the RFE and what they need...they will pull your file on the computer and tell you wether you have been approved or if its still pending

The waiting continues...and what's worse is that it seems like there are April filers that are still waiting for the NOA2 also...me being a late May filer...seems like I am still so far off!!!! :(

thats the only place i know ...who know with these new changes if tghey just tried to split the first load evenly...try calling on the phone...the number should be on your NOA1...im not sure if there is an automated line at this time , but give it a shot

Have you checked the uscis.gov website...do a search there in the different centers and see where yours is...

Hope everyone is having a great day, I am leaving to see my finacee` tomorrow and the best gift I can give him would be to tell him we just received the email stating he was approved . I just got the email and I am crying, I know this is still the beginning but I am happy to be moving a little forward. Pushing for him to be here by September or at least by December .

Hey everyone,

I just thought I'd drop in and help keep the thread active. Uggggh I was so expecting some April/early May approvals today, especially after those we had last week. By the way, congratulations to everyone who got approved!

Just wondering, once you're approved, how long are you going to wait to start gathering the documents to send to your fiance (I-134, pay stubs, employer letter, letter of intent, etc.)? I was thinking to wait until he received packet 3 so they would all be dated closer to the interview. What do you guys think?

Good luck to everyone. Keep busy :P, it will help the time pass quicker.


Hey everyone...well im one of the May filers myself that's pulling hishairs out stressed out because i have no NOA2 yet...i sent out the i129f on may 18th , they got it the 24th...sent it to me the 28th ...i got around the 30th...and nothing yet!!!!!!!! Why so long for the NOA2...
