Mexico, Latin & South America	Yardies a home and a farrin (Part 22)	1luv mi deh yah...my husband loves driving in the snow (can you believe that)...poor me I HATE it! we got up early and shoveled also did our neighbors driveway and sidewalk, they both had surgery...when we had the last snow fall they helped my husband because I was on bedrest. Mexico, Latin & South America	Yardies a home and a farrin (Part 22)	Okay ladies, so I had the opportunity to speak to Jazzy (son's possible baby momma) and I asked her if she had the abortion. She said no. I asked why, she said she didn't have all the money. Sooooooo I asked her how she felt about everything and was their a possibility of her keeping it. She said that although she doesn't like the abortion thing, she knows the situation with her and my son isn't good and she can barely take care of her son. So I asked her what were her plans. She said to move to a bigger house. I asked her if she had anything saved up. She said 1200.00 (Pause) if you have money saved for a house then you have money for the abortion....(Unpause) Now doesn't this sound like she wants to keep this baby to keep my son in her world? Anyhooooo, I asked how far along she was, she said 9 weeks. I asked her had she been to the doctor, she said no but she had an appt for 2/12 (Ironically my son's birthday). So I said look, I don't mean any harm but if you do keep the baby, I want a DNA test done. I said Im not saying you are "loose" but I need to know. If in fact it is his, HE will step up to the plate and handle his business and I will help as much as I can. She said okay. I also asked about other family members and she said that her biological sister (who she lives with) is the only one she has contact with because the rest of her family is no good. Her parents are deceased. She is 19 yrs old. I think she gets disability.... In my heart, I believe the baby is his. My daughter and I was talking and when things were good between the two, they were telling each other what they would name their son/daughter... deep down inside I think they BOTH wanted a child. Well you know what they say, becareful what you wish for. My feeling is that I WILL NOT give this heffa money for an abortion because she has it. However, if my son has it and doesn't want to be a dad, he will handle that. On the otherhand, if she keeps it and its a known fact to be my son's then I will help out the best way I can..... When I got pregnat at 18 I did not tell my mom until I was 4 months ( I used Ketchup to act like I was still seeing my period) she was pissed. She found out on a saturday and by Monday she took me off her insurance. By wednesday she give me a brown envelope with an appointment to the doctor and Medicaid Forms to fill out. She told me I can either Grow up or Grow down. Well I grew up fast. When my daughter was born I had a job and I moved out when she was 6 months (I asked my mom to give me 6 months to get my self together). She did not want me to go but our house was too crowded. I have never moved back with my mom and about 3 years ago she wrote me a letter telling me how proud she was of how I handle my life. So if I wrer you I would step back and let him handle it. Mexico, Latin & South America	Yardies a home and a farrin (Part 22)	Hey Folks! Just checking in---it's been a LONG time!! Congratulations to Bunz on the approval and to MsSheka on your case moving along--it soon come girl! Quick update: Gregory and I are still adjusting to our new way of life together. (I've decided to say "we're" adjusting instead of "his" adjustment cause it's been trying for both of us). We've had a lot of good times, and we continue to have our days, but overall things continue to go better than I had hoped for. What's definitely started to help now is the fact that he is finding stuff to do on his own. A couple of months ago I signed him up for a competitive soccer league because he LOVES to play and misses doing so. Well, he was picked up by a team and their first practice was last weekend! He was like a kid in a candy store--grinning like a cheshire cat from ear to ear! What's even better is that the coach told him that he was the best player on the team, and then proceeded to send out a mass email to the team members saying this very thing and how far my husband and the rest of the team will be able to go in the league this year! Not that he needs this add'l stroking of the ego, but it was good for him and I was proud). So he's doing that on weekends, and games will begin at the end of Feb. He's already enrolled in the GED program at the community college, and is in class 4 days a week. He's managed to navigate the bus system to some degree by himself, which has also been helpful and I think makes him feel more independent. Still not working (but filling out tons of applications), but lo and behold a few minutes ago a message was left on the phone from a manager at PetSmart asking him to call to set up an interview for next week!!!! We just filled that application out last nite, and while it is not the "perfect" job, it's something to hopefully get him started and build up his resume here in the states!! I hope that something comes through soon, because it has definitely been tough. Keep us in your prayers! Hi Mrs. Palmer thanks for the update. Im glad everything is going well. They haven't seen her in 5 years and she wants to see them. I have NO interest whatsoever in seeing them, but Im doing it for her. We could go early and then go out with them later.....Let me talk to Steve. On another note, she had the audacity to ask for her phone back.. I said a firm "NO" you don't deserve it back right now. (3 wks as of Monday) She is walking around like she lost her best friend. She blames me for moving to Del. County as to the reason she has no friends. I said "Excuse the hell out of me for wanting a better life for you." Turned over in my bed and drowned her lil behind out with my MP3 player in my ears... hmph! MrsTee my kids hated when I moved them the Maryland from Brooklyn but I told them to get over it. Now they have alot of friends and they love it. Thanks JG but im not letting her bother me and I tell G to do the same. Im a babymama too and I know how I handle situations by myself. She knows G is not working and her son will be here in April and she new that she would have to hold it down. But I guess people telling her other wise. For christmas we sent him clothes and a Leapfrog Diji but I guess she wants more. What will she do if he dont send it? She wants her son to come over here so badly so she wont stop him from coming. The meeting with my manager went well, except for the phone connection. I called her cell phone, since she's in Brazil & it was 8pm at the time of our call, but there was so much background noise (wind & whatever) that I struggled to hear every word & had to have her repeat things a lot. $500 for 2 bdr...wow.... I think being over here and not really knowing anyone he finally met some people that he feels cool with to call friends and maybe around them he doest feel so lonely are like he doesn’t belong. See your friends are your friends he met them through you but these misfits are his. I totally see your point. Now that he has the opportunity you want him to push forward and want more for his life. I think you are so on the right path it’s just your delivery. You want to push him without shoving him. Its little things us woman can do like bringing ut the subject at the oddest times. I think you should have laid it all down on the line and told him what you desire, want and expect. Signing him up without his consent was kind of mean. I think that is why he is upset one your are pulling him away from his crew and two you just signed him up without letting him have a say so. Tell him there is nothing wrong with taking these classes he can still hang out with his buddies after school hours or on the weekends. And then just make sure on the weekends or after school hours you keep him busy …LOL Steve Harvey just made a good point. He said the bible says a man without a dream or goal shall parish... Mexico, Latin & South America	Yardies a home and a farrin (Part 22)	Last friday the 15th was our 1 month anniversary and we went to dinner at Red Lobster (his choice not mine). We had a good time! Well around 6 am G woke up sick as a dog he threw up all over the bathroom. It was a mess. He had the Shrimp Pasta and when he came home he was drinking Vodka. He was sick all day Saturday.
