As long as the person knows the language well enough to tranlate it in a correct manner, that is all you need. I've got plenty of wait in me. It's only been 24 day's since they've had my RFE. I'm giving them 60 before I say ####### about me!! I get frustrated when I see July people moaning about USCIS when the March/April peeps are pretty patient. Frustrated but not posting & whining. No offense meant, just trying to keep others' feelings in mind...hence, the reason I never posted a thread when I got my NOA2. Well, I think your making it pretty clear you have your NOA2 in this thread whether you posted a separate thread or not, and IMO it doesn't matter what month you filed your petition, we are all on this board for the same reason, and if someone feels like they need to vent, by all means, let them vent, without telling them they are wrong for doing it, because others have waited longer than they have. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	How to cancel a k-1 application or check if the k1 is still open case?	First of all you mentioned in your post that you are getting married and then applying for the K1. You cannot get married and then apply for the K1, you have to apply for the K1 and then get married in the United States. If you are getting married first you would need to apply for the K3. As for his first case, if it was sent back to USCIS, over a year ago, and the USC or the beneficiary didn't follow up on the RFE, they probably assumed the case had been abandoned. He could try contacting USCIS and finding out if there is any information regarding the case there. That is were it would be if they returned it to the States. Since you have not ever applied for anyone else before I don't see a problem with you applying for him, but you may want to contact an attorney regarding the fact that he had a prior petition from another USC, and nothing ever came of it, you may want to do some research on the new IMBRA laws as well, may save you some money on hiring an attorney. ~Stacey	snz1802	Female	South Korea	2006-08-25 00:35:00

But, he likes to tell people he has a child)) He will not give permission for the child to immigrate. The child is 14 months old and he's seen him 2 times. The child has the fathers last name and they were never married. So maybe this will be easier if it must go to court. They are in Russia and I am not sure about Russian law. Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) Current Status: This case has been approved. On July 24, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours. OMG there is hope for all of as as the CSC is approving the petitions .They recieved my IMBRA RFE on July 7th and I got my approval today July 25th...and it just so happens that i am leaving today to go visit my baby in the Philippine today also..wow THANK YOU GOD FOR THIS BLESSING. Chris has got that already, but I haven't gotten any confirmation of the case being recieved either by the NVC or the London Embassy. Yes, mine is just now being looked at as well, and my NOA1 was 1/23 so it is a slow process sometimes, I am doing everything in my power do keep from going crazy, but VJ is what really helps me get through it, if I didn't have VJ to come to every day, I don't know what I would do, I would be Batty already LOL, Good luck to you, it will come soon. I'm gonna say u will get it before the end of this month. I think its an avg wait of 3 months depending which service center u use. I know how frustrating it is. I mean my case is just being looked at now.
