K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Do I send my application to California?	Hi everyone! I live in Florida and was supposed to mail my application to Texas. However, I'm now seeing that all of the cases are being transferred to California. Should I just mail it to CSC then? If so, what do I do about the fact that the fiance letter of intent signed by my fiance has the Texas address on it? I'd be heartbroken if he had to change that and sign and return it to AGAIN. He's already mailed out 2 signed documents (twice) to me which is just pushing the time back for us to send out the application. I was nervous but I feel better now. I also wanted to thank everyone for posting their questions and concerns because it sure has helped us alot. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	OMG Wrong Address!!	I had the first digits correct. The last 4 were wrong because the post office box number was wrong. I'm afraid it doesn't exist anymore. Ok, I figured that it can still get to them but I just checked my tracking number on the certified mail receipt and it does not say the application was received. So I am worried. I mailed out my package on Wednesday to TSC - with the wrong PO Box # - but everything else right - USCIS, zip, enveloped labeled as K-1: I-129F Now I see on the USPS website this - We attempted to deliver your item at 9:35 am on September 09, 2006 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. It can be redelivered or picked up at the Post Office. Has this ever happened to anyone? Was it just that being Saturday no one was there to get it, but they will Monday? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	NOA1 received	Yea! Congrats... Sounds similar to my situation. My application was received on a Sat (the 9th of Sept) so it wasn't delivered until the 11th. MY check was cashed on the 19th and I found the case # on the back of my check. I used that to sign onto the USCIS site and found my NOA1 was actually from the day before. It was touched for 2 days but that was it - nothing yesterday or today but I'm still happy. I'm waiting for my NOA1 in the mail. Question: I asked checked the 'email on' button yet I don't receive emails. I verified a couple times that my email address is right. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Sent I-129f little worried	After I sent my application I started to freak out too about things - reading other couple's concerns made me question what I had done. The first thing was that I had the wrong PO Box but my application was still delivered and I received my NOA1. If you think you know what could be RFE'd then you could prepare it ahead of time, just in case. Remember, they're people who look at our applications and they could miss something....or not feel that you needed to give more evidence. As of now, you can only sit back and wait... CSC seems to be getting worse and worse as time goes on, when I filed, I was one of just a few in our group of filers who filed around the same time that waited the length of time you guys are waiting now. I waited 6 months then, IMBRA did not affect me, so I know that is not helping you guys either. Seeing people get approved in 15 days has got to just cut through your heart, even though it is good news for those people....I know exactly how you guys are feeling, it does SUCK BIGTIME, and I wish you guys the very best of luck, and I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers for an approval very soon. You cant track your case at NVC as its not there long enough before its sent to your embassy. You can call and see if they have it. Has your fiancé(e) met and seen you within the two-year period immediately receding the filing of this petition? B. You and your fiancé(e) intend to marry within 90 daysof your fiancé(e) entering the United States, and areboth free to marry, and have met in person within twoyears before your filing of this petition unless: DOES THAT MEAN THAT IF WE MET FIVE YEARS AGO WE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE K1 VISA? EVEN IF I HAVE PROOF THAT WE HAVE BEEN TOGHETHER DURING ALL THIS TIME? PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT TO DO COUSE Y REALLY WANT MY BABY WITH ME.
