Again, I feel the need the remind everyone that 2 approvals is simply those who are members here. We're still under the processing window of 5 months, so it doesn't help to get all upset over it.

The way Im doing the maths, being about 35 people behind the last person who got approved (on VJ), at 2 approvals a week, I still have to wait 17 weeks. Which is over 4 months. Get ready to hear some real ranting then.
I realise that there could be tons of people that arent on VJ getting approved at the moment, but do think that the VJ sample is fairly statistically representative of the population who has petitioned. Therefore, it would be a statistical aberation if, for 3 weeks in a row, the rate of approval at CSC was the same as usual (whatever that means), and it just happened that only VJers werent getting approved.

Even though it doesnt seem like we've had many approvals (I had forgotten they were still given NOA2s until mitch got his this morning),
September filers are approved at 14%.

Of course going up 1.25% a week isnt very encouraging for those of us still waiting, but there is still hope CSC will have a little blitz before the holidays. Fingers crossed.

Sadly, my fiance made some bad choices when he decided to come up to the U.S. of which consequences we are starting to deal with now.

Thanks for the strait-forward information. Although I'm sure that everyone wants things to turn out and have hope that they will.... I'm still hoping.... but it is good to know how things are in reality too.

To clarify about his crossing with a false ID I asked him about it and he said that he purchased the use of an ID from a permanent resident who was in Mexico at that time.

I know that my chances of getting the visa are slim with his past and past choices, but does anyone know if I am looking at the slim possibility of being given the option to submit the waiver?

she should start thinking: "I was going to enter into a nightmare marriage but now I've put that
behind me and I can live life as I please."

I would like to know if someone had gone through what iam going through right now After I interviewd AT the American embassy back in 2008 april 29th they gave me a paper 221g Ap but this is not the problem, the problem is it took them a year to reply back of course i sent many enquires but they said its still under Ap my wife did use her sent office but they cant do anything about it it helped a little anyway after a year they sent us email saying our case is sent back to USCIS for review and after it got there the USCIS sent us a email saying they have received our case in june 2009 and it will take 8 months to review i keep checking through the internet it is at the circle before the last one.

I just dont know is there any chance that they would approve it ????and send it back to the American Embassy in jordan or its not going to be any hope and what if they approved it do i need a whole knew petition??????? cause i think its only valid for one year so i think i have to do another one iam lost and tired of waiting its been 4 years total the whole journey.

I have no idea!
Most of my group was approved in about 3 months, but 4 of us waited between 4 and 5 and a half months. We all got approved within a few days of each other... so it seems like our files were gathering dust together.
Nothing special about our cases... It just happened that way.

As-tu ton certificat de naissance, longue version? Sinon, faut que tu le commandes au directeur de l'état civil (15 $ - moi il a pris 3 semaines à arriver). Faut que tu le traduise aussi. J'ai le numéro et le site web aussi.

Pour le médical, c'est mieux d'attendre d'avoir ta date d'entrevue parce que comme ça tu auras pas à le refaire pour ton AoS si tu l'as fait dans les 12 mois précédents.

... tu peux regarder les formulaires... il y a de l'info à retrouver comme toutes tes adresses, tes jobs, les dates où tu étais à telle et telle école, etc.

I think you will queue like everybody else but will then have to go into secundary so they fill out some paperwork...
